We provide simple and effective training methods with a personalised approach to each and every member. No treadmills or crowded exercise classes, just a brand focused on offering proven training techniques in an outdoor environment.
To qualify for these sessions you must already be physically fit and be able to exercise safely under instruction. Due to the high intensity of training at JTS Fitness we are not able to offer a service to those who are just starting out on their fitness journey.
